International Shipping
We ship internationally using reliable tracked services with NZ Post. NZ Post will then use the national postal service of the delivery country. You will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Rates are based on package weight and can be calculated at checkout.
NZ GST is not charged on international orders.
Delivery timeframes
Australia: 3–7 working days
Canada: 3 - 10 working days
Rest of world: 4–13 working days
(Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal networks.)
For Canadian customers, GST/HST and, in some provinces, provincial sales tax may be charged on delivery, along with any customs duties and carrier handling fees. These are collected by the carrier or Canada Border Services Agency and are not included in your order total.
For US customers, US import duties and taxes apply upon delivery. A 10-16% import duty tax will be applied to all orders, payable by the customer directly to US Customs in addition to standard taxes applied within the US.
For Australian customers, orders valued at AUD 1,000 or less are generally not charged customs duty or GST on delivery. Orders over AUD 1,000 may be charged GST, duty and clearance fees on arrival, payable by the buyer.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
