We aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with clear communication at every step. We absorb card processing fees so these are included in the listed product prices alongside any applicable NZ tax.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship nationwide using tracked courier services with NZ Post.

International Shipping

Customs & import fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
For US customers, US import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. This is the buyers responsibility and may change without notice from us, as directed by US authorities. As of 24/02/2026, there is a 10% import duty tax that will be applied to all orders.
Order Processing

Shipping Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace or refund orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
